Mr. Ben Stinson, Director of Sales and Marketing

Ben is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 2005. He has worked as a Development Officer with Queen’s University and the Alma Matter Society of Queen’s University, in addition to gaining experience in retail management as well as teaching internationally. Ben has undergone extensive training in the science of technology of solar energy under the tutorship of Dr. Stephen Harrison who is the Professor and Director of the Solar Energy Lab of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Queen’s University. Ben is a key employee responsible for developing scientific and technical expertise in all aspects of Solar Thermal Energy. As the company expert, he is responsible for initial and ongoing training programs for all employees of our dealers. Because of his expertise, Ben is able to identify and foster new business opportunities in Bermuda and the Caribbean, build and maintain ongoing dealer and customer relationships and contribute to the development of product sales and marketing opportunities across all channels.

 

 

Mr. Robert Stinson, Managing Partner

Bob has an international management background in the pharmaceutical industry, obtaining broad sales and marketing experience in market development and new product launches. He has worked most recently in marketing in the US. As a lobbyist he has experience working with stakeholder groups on IP and health care policy issues including market access. Bob served as a Vice President of the Mississauga Board of Trade in Canada and was an executive member of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Toronto Board of Trade and Biotech Canada. Bob has an MBA from Queen’ s University with a special interest in international trade.

 

Current responsibilities include strategic planning for marketing and sales as well all aspects of relationship development.

Mr. Erskine Simons, Managing Partner

Erskine Simons has spent the last 40 years working for Merck Frost Canada Inc. In a variety of roles, with increasing responsibility including the Director of Marketing and Sales Planning. Erskine has been an influential member of medical boards and committees such as Rx&D Marketing Council, National Council on Continuing Education and a member of the Canadian Infectious Disease Society Ethics Committee. He has extensive international experience in the pharmaceutical industry in research, sales, sales management, product planing and marketing.

 

Erskine in partnership with Bob Stinson heads up the Green Ventures Bermuda team. He is specifically responsible for business development in Bermuda.
